Tasks App — Privacy Policy

Tasks App is provided by Innovations of Things for the authorized employees of its business customers, to receive and complete work tasks. Access requires an account set up by the employer.

Data we collect

• Identity: name, mobile number and employee record, used to sign in.
• Work content: tasks, answers, notes and chat messages entered in the app.
• Media: photos, voice messages and videos that you choose to capture or attach to a task.
• Device: a push notification token and basic device type, used to deliver notifications.
• Diagnostics: error reports, used to fix problems in the app.

How we use it

Data is used only to operate the app: signing you in, assigning and reviewing work, delivering notifications and fixing errors. We do not sell data, show advertising or use data for marketing.

Permissions

The camera and microphone are used only when you capture a photo, video or voice message. The app does not collect location.

Sharing

Your data is visible to your employer's supervisors and to the people working on the same task. It is shared with service providers only to deliver the app, such as WhatsApp sign-in codes and push notifications.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit. It is kept for as long as your employer needs it for its work records.

تطبيق المهام مقدَّم من Innovations of Things للموظفين المصرّح لهم لدى عملائها من الشركات، لاستلام مهام العمل وإنجازها. الدخول يتطلب حساباً تنشئه جهة العمل.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• الهوية: الاسم ورقم الجوال وسجل الموظف، لتسجيل الدخول.
• محتوى العمل: المهام والإجابات والملاحظات ورسائل المحادثة المدخلة في التطبيق.
• الوسائط: الصور والرسائل الصوتية والفيديو التي تختار التقاطها أو إرفاقها بالمهمة.
• الجهاز: رمز الإشعارات ونوع الجهاز، لإيصال الإشعارات.
• التشخيص: تقارير الأعطال، لإصلاح مشاكل التطبيق.

كيف نستخدمها

تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: تسجيل الدخول، وإسناد العمل ومراجعته، وإيصال الإشعارات، وإصلاح الأعطال. ولا نبيع البيانات ولا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدمها للتسويق.

الأذونات

تُستخدم الكاميرا والميكروفون فقط عند التقاطك صورة أو فيديو أو رسالة صوتية. ولا يجمع التطبيق موقعك.

المشاركة

تظهر بياناتك لمشرفي جهة عملك وللعاملين معك على المهمة نفسها. وتُشارك مع مزودي الخدمة بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل التطبيق فقط، مثل رموز الدخول عبر واتساب والإشعارات.

الحماية والاحتفاظ

تُشفَّر البيانات أثناء النقل، وتُحفظ ما دامت جهة العمل تحتاجها في سجلات عملها.
